School Foundation
Part of maintaining and growing a successful business is to reach out into the community and be recognized for your products, services and contributions. Your support of The Hoover City Schools Foundation gives you the opportunity to reach over 12,000 students, their families, teachers and administrators, and to make a real difference in the future of Hoover. The Hoover City Schools Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that was established in 1992 to support educational excellence within the Hoover Schools. This year alone the Foundation awarded over $32,000 in grants to 35 teachers and administrators for 17 projects in 12 Hoover schools. The Foundation also supports the Jack Farr scholarship program and the Mobile Math Initiative (MMI), a professional development program designed to assist classroom teachers with enhanced instructional techniques for mathematics.
