On behalf of our citizens, the City Council and the Mayor'd5s Office, We welcome you to our city. The sixth largest city in Alabama, Hoover is fortunate to have a high level of citizen involvement and a government determined to offer its people the very best in administration
and services.

In Hoover, we strive for excellence and a quality of life that is safe, fun and educational. We have a state-of-the-art library, outstanding recreational facilities and a school system that consistently ranks as one of the top school systems in the state. We are home to the Riverchase Galleria, Patton Creek Shopping Center, the historic Birmingham Barons, the magnificent Aldridge Gardens and the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa. We also host many special events in our city such as the SEC Baseball Tournament and the Regions Charity Classic Golf Tournament.
